Richard Righton and Sue Hannaford are our experienced and qualified massage therapists.

Sue offers Holistic and Therapeutic, Hot Stone Fusion and Indian Head and Shoulder Massage, using Myofascial Release techniques where appropriate in any treatment.

Richard is an experienced massage and physical therapist holding a BTEC diploma in Sports Remedial Massage with the London School of Sports Massage.

He is also a qualified exercise professional with Premier Training.

Combining a variety of massage techniques, stretching and exercise advice, he is able to work with you to address pain, tension and restriction of movement all within a controlled threshold.

Equally he understands the need simply for a good Body Massage.
