Richard is an experienced massage therapist, having trained with the London School of Sports Massage. He uses a complete range of massage, soft tissue, myofascial and stretching techniques within a framework of assessment and rehabilitation procedures. By targeting specific points of restriction within the tissues, his approach aims to remedy a problem or improve functional movement. It is ideal for the active athlete or those who lead an active lifestyle. It is also effective for post surgical recovery and those who enjoy a deep massage.

InterX Pain Management Therapy – the InterX device may be used with massage to deliver a safe, drug free approach to pain by providing electrical pulses through the skin to the nervous system. It can help most acute or chronic sports injuries, muscle spasms, herniated disc, sciatica, tendonitis, trigeminal neuralgia, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and many other conditions. It is suitable for most people. A course of 4-8 sessions over a period of 2-3 weeks is usually required. The more chronic a condition, the more treatment is required.
